With a strong foundation in psychology and extensive experience in behavioral coaching, Samantha is dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential. She brings over six years of experience in behavioral coaching, as well as experience in ABA therapies and working with autistic and neurodiverse individuals. Having worked as a Lead Behavioral Technician, she collaborated with clients and developed tailored programs based on client’s health and well-being. She set goals to build a healthy lifestyle, and build habits for sustainable results!
Samantha specializes in goal-setting, habit formation, and performance optimization, using her expertise in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and behavioral analysis. She builds habits for physical health as well as habits for mental clarity, such as self regulation and self promotion. By working on both the mind and body, she wants to break barriers, achieve goals, and have others live a more fulfilling life!
Throughout her career, Samantha has helped clients create and implement personalized Behavioral Support Plans, break down long-term goals into actionable steps, and develop strategies for sustained growth. Her coaching approach is data-driven, client-centered, and results-oriented, ensuring measurable progress in personal and professional development.
