Jessica Bryer is a Holistic ADHD and Executive Function Wellness Coach whose intentional approach to transformation focuses on attunement  to oneself. With 20 years practicing and 10 professional years teaching, guiding and providing compassionate and personalized support, Jessica has led clients of all ages through a variety of healing methods including self awareness, somatic integration, executive functioning strategies, meditation, mindfulness, movement, stress reduction, and conflict resolution.

With personalized guidance through emotional, cognitive and behavioral awareness, Jessica creates a safe and supportive environment to design a lifestyle customized to each client. She is passionate about guiding clients to empowerment through self actualization.

Jessica focuses on mind-body connection combined with value identification, and character building strategies. She teaches how navigation through nervous system titration builds resilience, while recognizing personal behavior patterns helps create an authentic and structured self goal. This is done through active listening, somatic practices, mind-body recognition, and connection. She guides clients to develop a structured framework on how to navigate oneself with integrity in order to create sustainable understanding of how we conceptualize feelings, motives and desires into our consciousness.
